28 March 2021

Rémy Cointreau announces the creation of a distribution subsidiary in France as of April 1st, 2021. “Rémy Cointreau France Distribution” will be fully dedicated to the development of the portfolio of its incubator brands:
– Our organic single-malt whisky produced in the French Alps, Domaine des Hautes Glaces
– Our American single-malt whisky from the Seattle region, Westland
– Our champagne J. de TELMONT
– The exceptional cognac from Rémy Martin’s house, LOUIS XIII

The rest of the brands will be distributed by William Grant & Sons, which is joining forces with Rémy Cointreau for a distribution partnership in France starting on April 1st, 2021. The William Grant & Sons group will distribute Rémy Martin cognac, Cointreau and Belle de Brillet liqueurs, The Botanist gin, Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte and Octomore single malt whiskies, Mount Gay rum and St Rémy brandy.

For the Rémy Cointreau Group, this global distribution strategy in France aims to strengthen the presence of its brands in selective distribution, in the large-scale restaurant and prestige hotel sectors, and also to develop its brand portfolio in a greater number of points of sale.
