My main missions and objectives include:
– Market Intelligence: Profiling the market and competitive environment, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights through ongoing market and competitive observation and reporting.
– Education & Ambassadorship: Leading and developing the Brand Ambassador team to enhance brand knowledge and consumer engagement through education, training initiatives, and events for all stakeholders.

As a Market Insight and Education Manager, I cope with difficulties by adapting strategies with resilience, inspiring and collaborating with my team, applying patience and passion to analysis, and providing leadership and coaching to ensure continuous growth and objective achievement.

The team remarkably executed more than 500 events during the span of one year, showcasing exceptional efficiency and resilience in maintaining high brand engagement.

Having evolved from a Marketing Manager in Taipei to a Market Insight and Education Manager in Shanghai, my journey reflects significant geographical and market expansion, a deepening of specialized expertise in market intelligence and brand education, and a substantial increase in strategic and leadership responsibilities.
