However, to guarantee success, this must be backed up by the permanent commitment of all the occupations present in the company: every year, the Master Distiller and his team select the best samples; the spirits-purchasing division draws up agreements with our partners in the wine-growing sector. The production teams produce the rows of casks using plumb-lines, organize the transfers of spirits between cellars, the blends, the filtering operations. The quality is controlled at every stage of the bottling process: the preventive or remedial maintenance operations, the engraving or crimping of the LOUIS XIII decanters… while all the time, the product managers in the marketing department work with their counterparts in packaging development to identify the best image strategy for our cognacs under the control of general management.

In 2015, 20 managers at the Rémy Martin site in Cognac took part in the training course: “day-to-day team management”. Through concrete examples and role-playing exercises, this course allowed them to strengthen their expertise in terms of authority, the development of team spirit, dialog, collaboration, conflict management and leadership.
